Tradify pricing in Australia, explained

Straight answers, no run-around. As published on Tradify's own pricing page in August 2026, its Australian plans are Lite, Pro and Plus at $48, $52 and $62 per user per month, each excluding GST, with a Custom tier priced by phone. Below is what those numbers become on a real bill, what sits in each tier, and how a $35 flat alternative compares.

The published plans, with GST added

Tradify advertises ex-GST prices. Your bill has GST on it, so here is the same table with the 10% added: our arithmetic, their published prices.

PlanPublished priceWith GST
Lite$48/user/month ex GST$52.80 inc GST
Pro$52/user/month ex GST$57.20 inc GST
Plus$62/user/month ex GST$68.20 inc GST

The fine print worth knowing before you pick a tier. Recurring jobs, appointment reminders, progress invoicing and custom branding sit in Pro and above, not Lite. The AI SmartTools live in Plus only. The Instant Website add-on is $19 a month on any plan, and SMS runs 20 cents a message. Every plan is month to month with a 14-day free trial. All of it as published on Tradify's plan tables in August 2026.

The $35 flat alternative

jobmate247 is job management built in Australia for Tradies: quoting, scheduling, invoicing and payment tracking at $35 a month, GST already included. One plan, so there is no tier table to decode: recurring jobs with draft invoices, progress invoicing, appointment reminders, your branding and licence numbers on every document, and Xero and MYOB exports all land in the same $35. Workers on the schedule get calendar invites and their weekly run without a seat fee, and the free trial runs 30 days, not 14.

Where Tradify might still suit you better

Honesty matters more than a sale. If you need built-in timesheets, purchase orders, health and safety forms, compliance certificates or live two-way accounting sync, Tradify's paid tiers do things jobmate247 doesn't do yet, and for a larger crew with office staff the per-user model can still make sense. We're built for the sole trader and small crew who want the paperwork done and their evenings back. For that business, $35 flat wins on value by a country mile.

One price. No arithmetic.
