Invoices and credit notes
One press sends them to Xero with the PDF attached. They arrive Approved, Awaiting approval or Draft, whichever you choose.
Supplier bills with their files
Receipts and supplier invoices go across with the bill, coded to your purchases account, so your bookkeeper has the paperwork.
Clients and suppliers
They become Xero contacts automatically the first time you send, and an existing contact is used, never doubled up.

Your bookkeeper reconciles a payment in Xero and the invoice in jobmate247 shows it, usually within a minute.
Credit used in Xero
Credit allocated or refunded in Xero shows on the credit note here, and the invoice balance updates to match.
A daily safety check
If a notice from Xero is ever missed, the daily check finds what changed and brings it in.
You stay in control
jobmate247 is your record. Xero gets what you send it, and what changes in Xero comes back without ever overwriting your work by surprise.
- Nothing goes silently. A payment, credit or refund goes to Xero when you tick Also send to Xero or press Send.
- Change something after sending and it is tagged Changed since sent to Xero, so you know to press Update.
- A payment in Xero that looks like one already recorded here is held for you to decide. It is never added twice.
- Something removed in Xero that you sent from here is flagged for you, never quietly deleted.
Connect in three steps
- 1In jobmate247, open Settings, then Data & Export, and press Connect to Xero.
- 2Pick your sales and purchases accounts, and the bank account payments go into.
- 3Send your first invoice. Payments made in Xero start coming back on their own.

Common questions
- Do I need my own Xero subscription?
- Yes. jobmate247 connects to your existing Xero organisation, so you need a Xero subscription of your own. Not on Xero yet? You can sign up on the Xero website. Get Xero
- Does the Xero connection cost extra?
- No. It is included in the A$35 a month, GST inclusive, along with everything else jobmate247 does.
- What if my bookkeeper changes something in Xero?
- Payments, credits and refunds they record in Xero come back to jobmate247 on their own. Anything you sent from jobmate247 that is removed in Xero is flagged for you to send again or remove, so jobmate247 stays your record.
- I use MYOB, or I would rather not connect Xero. Can I still use jobmate247?
- Yes. CSV export for MYOB AccountRight is still there, and so is the Xero CSV export if you would rather not connect. You would miss out on payments and credits flowing both ways, though, and on the retyping the connection saves your bookkeeper, which can lower your bookkeeping costs.
- Can I disconnect?
- Any time, in Settings. Nothing in Xero is deleted, and the CSV exports come back.
